  • Important - Please read before booking your appointment.

    Our calendar often books well in advance, so please schedule early for the best selection of dates and times. After booking your appointment, you will be sent a confirmation email with important information regarding your portrait session and how to best prepare.

    To provide our clients with an exceptional portrait experience, all sessions are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins. Appointments may take up to 2 hours, so please plan your day accordingly.

    As a fine art studio that specializes in Elegant Family wall portraiture, we do not offer social media profile/headshots, portfolio sessions, or sell digital files.

  • If you have a Gift Certificate, please register your Gift Certificate before scheduling an appointment. Once you have registered your Gift Certificate, you can schedule your appointment by selecting an available date and time on our Booking Info page, or call 701-540-6600.

  • All sessions are by appointment only. We limit the number of appointments we accept based on our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients.

    Since we reserve our studio for your private session, we require a $200 booking deposit to ensure you have our very best, personalized one-on-one service. The booking deposit applies to all clients, including Gift Certificate holders. The booking deposit is fully refundable after you complete your session with a validated Gift Certificate.

  • To reschedule or cancel an appointment for any reason, we require at least a ten day notice. We allow one reschedule. Booking deposits on appointments rescheduled with more than two weeks notice are applied to the new appointment. Any additional reschedules will require a new booking deposit. You must call the studio to cancel your session. Cancellations will not be accepted by email or text.

    Booking deposits are not refundable for cancellations with less than two weeks notice, rescheduling more than once, no-shows (in addition to forfeiting your booking deposit, a $150 fee is charged immediately for no-shows), permanently canceled appointments, or appointments made by special arrangement.
